Paper submission instructions

Authors are invited to submit full papers (max 6 pages) or short papers (max 3 pages), where the page limits include figures, tables, and references. Papers should be formatted in the standard two-column, 10 pt font, IEEE conference paper format. Standard IEEE Transactions templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX formats can be found at http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html.

All work submitted must be original, not previously published or under submission at other venues.

At least one author of accepted papers must be present at the workshop, to present the paper.

Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process.
